<br />Park in memory of Howard Johnson, Roseville Police Officer, be

<br />and report by priority on the best site for the construction of
<br />a third Roseville Fire Station. The report to be sutmitted by

<br />the budget of 1973 on September 25, 1972. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request of Rose Building
<br />Corporation for variance to parking requirements at 1515 West
<br />County Road B be approved with all the conditions recommended
<br />by the Plaming Commission except that the temporary sales area
<br />be lnnited to 30 feet instead of 25 feet. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Breman, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request made by Rosewall
<br />Corporation for variance to sign size and setback be approved;
<br />and that the sign be set back l4~ feet from the property line,
<br />that the size of the sign contain 124 square feet as requested,
<br />which creates a 20 square foot variance. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Breman, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
