<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Village acquire easements
<br />Nos. 7,18,19 and 20 of Improvement 70-11,12 and 13, and the
<br />Mayor and Manager be authorized to execute earnest money contracts
<br />authoriz ing such purchase and the owners paid the amounts as set
<br />forth in the Village Attorney's letter of September 6, 1972. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village acquire the road
<br />and underground utility easement as set forth in earnest money
<br />contract and that the Mayor and Manager be authorized to execute
<br />said earnest money contract authorizing said purchase and the owners
<br />paid the amount as set forth in the Village Attorney's letter of
<br />September 6, 1972. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />construction easements on parcels 9, 11 and 21, and the owners of
<br />each parcel be paid the amounts as set forth in the Village
<br />Attorney's letter of September 6, 1972, and the Mayor and Manager
<br />be authorized to enter inso said earnest money contracts authoriz-
<br />ing said payments. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
