<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - October 2, 1972.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Anderson.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of September 25, 1972, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None. Abstentions:
<br />Anderson. Councilman Anderson abstained as he was absent from
<br />the meeting.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, BrelUlan Seconded, that the week of October 22-28,
<br />1972 be proclaimed "American Education Week". Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: BrelUlan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the landscaping contract
<br />for the Village garage construction be awarded to Dtmdee
<br />Nurseries, low bidder, in the amount of $4,248.60. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the rezoning application
<br />from B-l-B to B-3 with special use permit and variance to
<br />parking at 2325 North Prior Avenue by Long Cadillac Company
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the public hearing
<br />be continued on the final plat of Partridge Construction
<br />Company of "Partridge Industrial Park" at 2900 Partridge Road
<br />until the meeting of October 16, 1972. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />BrelUlan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that a public hearing be
<br />establ ished for Gordon's Transports, Inc. for October 30,
<br />1972, for request for special use pennit at 2980 Partridge
<br />Road. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Ariderson
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.
