EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 14th day of January, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8644 SUPERVISORY AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minnesota, the City Council shall establish employee compensation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the Supervisory and Confidential Employee Classifica- tion and Pay Plan be revised to include the following salary ranges of certain City employees in 1991: Classification 1991 Yearly Salary Ranqes Police Secretary Administrative Secretary Golf Course Superintendent License Bureau Supervisor Engineering Supervisor 20,400 - 20,400 - 28,700 - 30,300 - 34,600 - 25,500 30,100 35,900 37,900 43,300 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the monthly insurance contribution provided to the employees covered under this plan be increased to $240 per month. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, JOhnson, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
