<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - October 16, 1972.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Anderson.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of October 2, 1972, be approved. Rall Call, Aye s : Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the final plat of
<br />"Partridge Industrial Park" at 2900 Partridge Road, be approved..
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Wi11mus Construction
<br />Company be issued a second building pennit for property north
<br />of Oakcrest between Fairview and Cleveland; and that Willnn.1s
<br />Construction Company proceed mediately to plat the property.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Cltr1ey, Grauel, Anderson and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the request of the Michels
<br />Construction Company to withdraw their application for rezoning
<br />from R-1 to R-2 on property at 2986 and 2992 Woodbridge Avenue
<br />be approved, and that no return of money submitted for the
<br />publications be made; and that the matter of the signatures on
<br />the petition be referred to the Village Attorney for action.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Change Order No.2 be
<br />approved and we pay Barbarossa & Sons an additional $534.38 on
<br />1972 Improvements, Series 3. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Anderson Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Change Order No. 3
<br />1972 ]mprovements, Series 3, of Barbarossa & Sons, Inc. be
<br />increased $83.35. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Brennan Moved, QIr1ey Seconded, that Payment No. 1 be made on
<br />Project ST-72-l6, to Barbarossa & Sons, Inc. in the amount of
<br />$49,288.89. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson and. Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager be
<br />authorized to sign earnest money contracts for parcels 4, 15
<br />and 17 of ]mprovement No. 70-11, 12 and. 13, and that the owners
<br />be paid for said parcels in the amounts set forth in the Village
<br />Attorney' 5 letter of October 9, 1972. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Anderson Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager
<br />be authorized to sign the earnest money contract for parcel
<br />16 of Improvement No. 70-11, 12 and 13, and that the owner be
<br />paid for said parcel in the amount as set forth in the Village
<br />Attorney's letter of October 10, 1972. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.
