<br />The Village CotUlci1 met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Curley, Grauel,
<br />Ander son and Brennan.

<br />Brennan Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of October 30, 1972, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No. 5893 regard-
<br />ing applications of Wallace Mailand and Robert Johnson for spec-
<br />ial use permit and variances at 1045 West Larpenteur Avenue be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request by Shelter
<br />Development Corporation for special use pennit, division of
<br />a lot and variances at 2800 North Snelling Avenue be denied.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Brerman and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: Anderson.

<br />Development Corporation for a division of a lot at 2800 North
<br />Snelling Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,

<br />regarding tax forfeited land lying within the Village of

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that John D. Rukavina and
<br />Frank L. Tschida be certified for one year's probationary train-
<br />ing on the Roseville Volunteer Fire Department. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />G.1rley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Estimate No. 4 and Final
<br />be paid' to Marvin Rehbein Contracting Company on Project P-72-20
<br />in the amOtUlt of $7,821. 77. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village acquire a road
<br />and utility easement as set forth in Easement 2, of Improvement
<br />No. 70-11, 12 and 13, and that the Miyor and Manager be authorized
<br />to execute said earnest money contract, authorizing said purchase,
<br />and owners be paid the amount as set forth in the Village Attorney's
<br />letter of September 6, 1972. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Ander son, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
