<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson and Brennan.

<br />Cllrley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of November 13, 1972, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No. 5898 regard-
<br />ing the spread of assessments on Sanitary Sewer No. 3 assessment
<br />and Water Improvement No. 64-7 assessment be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />amending Section 66.310 of the Village Code changing the
<br />quarterly minimum charge for water users be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Ander son, Brennan and Linebarger.

<br />set for December 11, 1972, on the vacation of the unused portion

<br />Grauel Moved, Cllrley Seconded, that Resolution No. 5899 relating
<br />to reapportionment of assessments regarding correction of
<br />Resolution No. 5778 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 5900 regarding
<br />apportioment of assessments be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cllrley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Cllrley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Ordinance No. 684 amending
<br />Section 145.120 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville
<br />prohibiting animal nuisances be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Apollo Park be renamed
<br />"I-bward Johnson Memorial Park". Roll Call, Ayes: Olrley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
