<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - December 11, 1972.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />m6Ilbers present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Grauel, Ander son,
<br />Brennan and Curley.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of November 27,1972, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan and Curley. Nays: None. Abstentions:
<br />Mayor Linebarger abstained as he was absent fram the meeting.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 5903
<br />regarding presentation of Award of Recognition for services to
<br />the Village to Clarence Richter upon his retirement be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the application suhnitted
<br />by Twin City Freight, Inc. for a rezoning from I-I to 1-2 and
<br />special use permit at 2582 Long Lake Road be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 5904
<br />regarding the vacation of the unused portion of Aglen Street
<br />right-of-way and transfer to the adjoining property owner be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the concept of noise level
<br />abatement program at the interchange of 36-280-35W be approved
<br />as recommended by the Planning Commission in their letter of
<br />November 1, 1972. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan,
<br />Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley M::>ved, Brennan Seconded, that the application for an on-
<br />sale club liquor license and a special Sunday liquor license for
<br />Midland Hills Country Club be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the application for on-
<br />sale club liquor license and a special Sunday liquor license by
<br />Rosetown Post 542 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Ander son, Brennan, Cur ley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Anderson Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the application by Paul
<br />Bunyan Motor Inn for on-sale liquor license and a special Sunday
<br />liquor license be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson,
<br />Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the application for on-sale
<br />club liquor license by VFW Post 555 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the application by Jell
<br />Associates (Holiday Inn) for on-sale and special Sunday liquor
<br />license be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan,
<br />Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.
