<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - January 15, 1973.
<br />
<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel and
<br />Linebarger.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of January 8, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Brennan, CUrley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the petition of Peter A.
<br />Amundson, 2329 Hand Avenue, be referred to the Fngineering
<br />Department for recormnendation. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Brennan Seconded, to refer to the Parks and
<br />~ecreation Committee the appraisal of Lots 6, 7, 8 and 9,
<br />Block 10 Fairview Heights Plat 3 for recommendation on possible
<br />purchase. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel,
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the Council designate
<br />~fay, 1973 as the official observance of Roseville' s 25th
<br />Anniversary; and that the Roseville Chamber of Corrnnerce is
<br />empowered to commence to organize the community oelebration.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, G.lrley, Grauel and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Hoved, Brennan Seconded, that Ordinance No. 690
<br />placing Fire Violations in Chapter 164 of the Village Code
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Ordinance No. 691 regard-
<br />ing amending Chapter 232 of the Village Code relating to the
<br />Volunteer Fire Department be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the following judges be
<br />appointed for the special election regarding the Village Hall
<br />bond referendum. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
