<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - January 29, 1973.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Anderson, Brennan,
<br />Curley and Grauel.

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of January IS, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the final plat of
<br />"Stemper Heights" at 405 West County Road B be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Notice of Claim filed
<br />on behalf of Nonnan Horton, Sr., 635 South Owasso Boulevard,
<br />regarding alleged damages, be referred to the Village Attorney.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No. 5917
<br />regarding application for relief of abatement of certain taxes
<br />and cancelling special assessment'lnstallments on property
<br />acquired for Central Park be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Brerman, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Anderson Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No. 5918
<br />regarding the Roseville Volunteer Fire Department be adopted.

<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that Resolution No. 5919
<br />regarding Unicameral Legislature for the State of Minnesota
