<br />Regular Meeting of the Village COl,mcil - March 12, 1973.

<br />The Village COWlcil met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, COWlcilmen CUrley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson and Brennan.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the mimtes of the meeting
<br />of February 26, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None. Abstentions:
<br />Brennan. COWlcilman Brennan abstained as he was absent from the
<br />meeting.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request for rezoning
<br />from B- 2 to B- 3 at p 44 North Lexington Avenue be withdrawn as
<br />requested. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Brennan M:>ved, Linebarger Seconded, that the Fire Relief Assoc-
<br />iation pensions for Rosevi1le Volunteer Fire Department be subnitted
<br />to the Legislature with the provision that the Village Council may
<br />increase the pension amounts from $120.00 and $180.00 per month
<br />to amounts not to exceed $180.00 and $270.00 per month. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Linebarger Mlved, Anderson Seconded, that the Roseville Firemen's
<br />Relief A$sociation service pensions be submitted to the Legislature
<br />for f;ldoption, Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the request of Kenneth Schwalbach
<br />for a sign variance setback for North Heights Hardware Store at
<br />2611 North Rice Street be referred to the Planning Commission for
<br />recamnendation. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Oldey Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the Village commence negotiations
<br />with the owners of the Har Mar Shopping Center for a new lease for the
<br />municipal liquor store. Roll Call, Ayes: Cllr1ey, Grauel, Anderson,
<br />Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that th . recommendation of the Parks
<br />and Recreation Committee regarding Cap tal Outlay for 1973 be app-
<br />roved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cllrley, Grau 1, Anderson, Brennan and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that th Mayor and Manager be
<br />authorized to sign Change Order No. G-9 (deduct of $406.40) re-
<br />garding the maintenance garage project. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
