<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson and Brennan.

<br />Brennan Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of March 19, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Brennan Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the award of bid for
<br />clear cast acrylic sheet in the ice arena be continued until the
<br />next regular meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson,
<br />Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the request of Har Mar
<br />Mall to hold a sky diving act in Har Mar's parking lot during
<br />Roseville's 25th Anniversary Celebration be approved on condition
<br />that all other required permits and approvals for the act be
<br />obtained. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Brennan Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that Resolution No. 5938
<br />supporting the use of County Road and Bridge funds for const-
<br />ruction and maintenance of bicycle paths on road right-of-way
<br />be adopted. . . .. -

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 5938 be
<br />amended to provide that the Village of Roseville shall be
<br />permitted to designate which roadways in the Village may be used
<br />for bicycle paths. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson,
<br />Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
