<br />1973, for the public hearing on the proposed 1mprovements of
<br />Fairview Avenue between County Road B-2 and County Road C-2
<br />to include storm sewer, curb and gutter and street bnprovements.

<br />of the Village Code providing play area and parking spaces for Day
<br />Care Centers be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson,

<br />for variance to rear yard setback at 2760 North Fairview Avenue
<br />be approved with the conditions recommended by the Planning

<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Wolkerstorfer for division of lot at 271 Capitol View be approved
<br />subject to the dedication of the 10 foot strip along Capitol View.
