<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - April 16, 1973. <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />fhe Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Cmmcilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and <br />Curley. Absent: Mayor Linebarger. <br /> <br />Brennan Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the <br />meeting of April 9, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, <br />Anderson, Brennan and Curley. Nays: None. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The Council received the following reports: <br /> <br />1. Bergstedt, Wahlberg, Bergquist Associates regarding <br />alternatives for potential solutions of the space <br />deficiency in the Village Hall <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />2. Fire Department regarding recommendation of site for <br />Station No.3. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 5962 <br />relating to release of easement on property located at <br />3061 Patton Road be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, <br />Anderson, Brennan and Curley. Nays: None. <br /> <br />RESOJlJTION <br />NO. 5962 <br /> <br />Anderson Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Ordinance No. 699 <br />prohibiting operation of amusement devices by minors under <br />the age of 18 years be adopted. Roll Call, Aye s : Grauel, <br />Anderson, Brennan and Curley.
