<br />The Village Cotmcil met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Cmmcilmen Grauel, Anderson,
<br />Brennan and Curley.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of April 16, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan and Curley. Nays: None. Abstention:
<br />Mayor Linebarger, as he arrived later in the meeting.

<br />Anderson Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Stonn Sewer Improvement
<br />Sf-73-l7 (Hand Avenue and Bismarck Street) be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Anderson and Brennan. Nays: Grauel, Curley and Linebarger.
<br />Motion failed.

<br />ordering improvement and preparation of plans on Project SS-W-P-
<br />73-21, Herschel Street - TH 36 service Drive to County Road B
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Ander,son, Brennan, Curley
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />ordering improvement and preparation of plans on Project P-73-l9
<br />Commerce Street, State Fann Boulevard to Snelling Service Drive,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley MJved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No. 5966 order-
<br />ing improvement and preparation of plans on Project P-73-20
<br />(State Fann Road) be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson,

<br />lighting for Gluek Lane, Improvement UL-73-24 be denied. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Grauel, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None. Abstentions: Councilman Anderson as he is an employee of
<br />Northern States Power Company.

<br />Improvement UL-73-22, Underground Street Lighting - Prior Avenue,
<br />COtmty Road B-2 to Cleveland Service Drive be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Brennan, Cur ley and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />Abstentions: Councilman Anderson as he is an employee of Northern
<br />States Power Company.
