<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall <br />in said City on Monday, January 28, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, <br />and Rog <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8646 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT <br />P-91-02, NEIGHBORHOOD 56 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER <br />AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as <br />amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction <br />of Improvement P-91-02, Neighborhood 56, consisting of the installation <br />of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service <br />repair, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting <br />Dellwood Avenue from County Road B to cul-de-sac, Merrill Street from <br />County Road B to Sherren Street, Sherren Street from Dellwood Avenue to <br />Lexington Avenue, Fernwood Street from Sandhurst Drive to Sherren <br />street, Laurie Road from Fernwood Street to Lexington Avenue, and <br />Sandhurst Drive from Dellwood Avenue to Lexington Avenue as described in <br />the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $850,061.08 and <br />substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the <br />feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City <br />Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons and <br />being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine <br />and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. The <br />City Public Works Director is directed to prepare and submit to the <br />Council the final plans and specifications. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon roll call vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Johnson, <br />Thomas, Maschka, and Rog, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
