<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Acting Mayor Curley, Councilmen Anderson,
<br />Brennan and Grauel. Absent: Mayor Linebarger,

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded~ that the minutes of the special
<br />meeting of April 26, 1973, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Brennan, Grauel and Curley 0 Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of April 30, 1973, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Brennan, Grauel and Curley, Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the hearing on the final
<br />plat of "Horton Lakeshores" at 625 Heinel Drive be continued
<br />until May 21, 1973. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Grauel
<br />and Curley. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the revised TOPICS improve'-
<br />ment plans for the intersections of Hamline and Larpenteur and
<br />Dale and Larpenteur be approved as submitted by Ramsey County,
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Grauel and Curley 0 Nays;
<br />None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the Manager be authorized
<br />to sign a Certificate of Correction as to the plat of Partridge
<br />Industrial Park, pursuant to the surveyors Certificate of
<br />Correction dated April 13, 1973. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Brennan, Grauel and CUrley. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Timothy B, McNulty be
<br />verified as a member of the Roseville Volunteer Fire Department.

<br />Brennan Moved, Anderson Seconded ~ that Payment No. 1 be made to
<br />Minnesota Home Sewer for extension of sanitary selver for George
<br />Loss at 601 West Sandhilrst in the amount of $2.192064, Roll Call~
<br />Ayes: Anderson, Brerman, Grauel and Curley, Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request of Tilsen
<br />Construction Company for division of 15 lots on Aglen Street
<br />from County Road C-2 to Judith Street be approved with the con-
<br />dition that 15 feet of additional right-of-way be dedicated to the
<br />Village on Oxford Street at 2794, 2838 and 2808, Roll Call~ Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Brerman, Grauel and Curley, Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the application submitted
<br />by Mandon Properties for variance to sign height and size at 2700
<br />North Fairview be denied as recommended by the Planning Commission,
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Bremlan, Grauel and CUrley, Nays: None.
