<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - June 4, 1973.

<br />The Village CmUlcil met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Anderson.

<br />Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes
<br />of May 21, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel and Anderson. Nays: None. Abstentions:
<br />as he was absent from the meeting.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the application submitted by
<br />Shelter Development Corporation and special use permit at 2800 North
<br />Snelling Avenue be approved in concept; and that Shelter Development
<br />submit for approval a revised site plan showing an additional access
<br />to Snelling Avenue with necessary street easements, and that the four
<br />buildings located by the present plan to be built in the southeast
<br />portion of the property be eliminated. Additional access may in
<br />the future be needed and the Village will consider, after appropriate
<br />hearings, opening up Centennial Drive as it abutts the Shelter
<br />Development. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: Brennan.

<br />Commission for guidelines regarding low and moderate income housing

<br />study be referred to the Planning Commission for recommendation,

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the Revenue Sharing Planned
<br />Use Report for January I through June 30, 1973, be published in the
<br />Roseville Sun and that the amount of $74,883 be designated for
<br />construction under public safety, to whit Roseville Fire Station
<br />No.3. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the request of Shafer
<br />Contracting Company regarding a stockpile of material on the
<br />Frattalone property be referred to the Village Manager, Roll Call,

<br />None.
