<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - August 6, 1973.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, COlmdlmen Grauel, Anderson,
<br />Brennan and Curley,

<br />Brennan MOved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of July 23, 1973, be approved" Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson,
<br />Brennan, Curley and Linebarger, Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, to accept the Howard Johnson
<br />Memorial Park Plan as presented and instruct the Parks and
<br />Recreation Committee to work toward the development in a staged
<br />pIano Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel) Anderson, Brennan, Curley and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 6003
<br />providing for hearing on the proposed assessment for Improvement
<br />No. P-73-18 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson,
<br />BreIIDan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded" that Resolution No. 6004
<br />providing for hearing on the ploposed assessment for a portion
<br />of Combined Improvements of 1973, Series 5, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None 0

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 6005
<br />providing for hearing on the proposed assessment for a portion
<br />of Combined Improvement of 1972, Series 3, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger.
