<br />objections, and all written objections theretofore filed with <br /> <br />the Village Manager were presented and considered, and all such <br /> <br />objections were tabulated as follows: <br /> <br />Improvement SS-W-73-l3 <br /> <br />A letter of objection was presented to the Council by Mr. <br />Timothy Quinn of Meier, Kennedy & Quinn, attorneys at Law, <br />representing the Corpus Christi Church, l449 North Cleveland. <br /> <br />MR.. RAYMOND, Village Manager, announced that the village still <br />has to work out with the Corpus Christi Church the ownership of <br />the north half of Skillman going west off of Fairview. <br /> <br />MR.. QUINN: Representatives of the church had met with the <br />village staff and presented their problems to them. As a result <br />of that meeting, waiver of tresspass had been signed which <br />allowed the village to install the sewer and watermains. Mr. <br />Quinn indicated that the church has no intention of selling any <br />of its property and that a residential rate of assessment on any <br />of its property is unwarranted. They are already served by <br />sanitary sewer and water from a previous improvement and no <br />benefit will be derived from this improvement. <br /> <br />Improvement SS-W-73-14 <br /> <br />FROM THE AUDIENCE (No name given): Asked if the blacktopping <br />would be done this year. <br />
