objections, and all written objections theretofore filed with

the Village Manager were presented and considered, and all such

objections were tabulated as follows:

Improvement P-69-l7

MR. GENE BAHNEMANN, 2656 Lexington: Asked to have the per
front foot assessment figure repeated.

MR. RANDALL FURRY, 2788 North Oxford: Asked to have the
location of the improvement repeated. Also asked who was responsible
for paying assessments - home owners or property owners.

Improvement P-72-9

No one appeared.

Improvement P-72-l2

No one appeared.

Improvement P-72-l7

MR. JAMES RADEFELDT, 1014 West County Road C-2: Five years ago
when he applied for a building permit he had to pay the assessments for
where the proposed street would abut County Road C-2 and he feels that he
has been assessed for this street already. Secondly, he believes that
the petitioning property owners that have property to sell should
pay the assessments. Also asked when the project would be completed.

MR. SIEGFRIED H. BAECKER, 1000 West County Road C-2: At the
feasibility hearing therewas a discussion as to whether the land
would be donated for the road. Asked if that had been accomplished.
The answer was, yes, except for two parcels that are still pending.
Asked how they would be acquired.

MR. PAUL BUSCH, 2764 Aglen: Asked to have the front foot
assessment repeated. Said he had talked with the former village public
works director about extending the curb all the way to his driveway
but it has never been done. A bad job was done where the black top
curb and cement curb meet in front of his home.

MR. DONALD ROSE, 2816 North Oxford: Has only one lot that can
be developed east of Aglen Street, and asked for relief on the
assessments on the west side.

Improvement P-72-l9
No one appeared.
