<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held August 30, 1973 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall in said Village on Thursdayj,the <br /> <br />30th day of August, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: Burke M. Raymond, Village Manager; Robert <br />Bell, village attorney, Charles Honchell, village public works director; <br />Roger Short and Don Christoffersen of Banister, Short, Elliott, <br />Hendrickson & Associates, village consulting engineers; and Peter S. <br />Popovich of Peterson & Popovich, village bond consultants. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publication <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for ImproviInc-nt <br /> <br />No. P-7?-20 <br /> <br />in the Roseville Sun on <br /> <br />August 15, 1973, which affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, <br /> <br />and ordered placed on file.' The Manager also exhibited a <br /> <br />Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected <br /> <br />property owners. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the considera- <br /> <br />tion of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. All per- <br /> <br />sons present were then given the opportunity to present oral <br />
