<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the city Hall <br />in said City on Monday, January 28, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, <br />and Rog <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8647 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT <br />P-91-02 AND ST-91-08, NEIGHBORHOOD 68 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER <br />AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as <br />amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction <br />of Improvements P-91-02 and ST-91-08, Neighborhood 68, consisting of the <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm <br />sewer, sanitary sewer service repair, and necessary appurtenances on all <br />that property abutting Alameda Street from Stuber Road to Roma Avenue, <br />Alta vista Drive from Stuber Road to Dale Street, Roma Avenue from <br />Alameda Street to Alta vista Drive, Stuber Road from Alameda Street to <br />Alta vista Drive, and st. Albans from Larpenteur Avenue to cul-de-sac. <br />as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at <br />$729,645.00 and sUbstantially in accordance with the preliminary report <br />as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the <br />City Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons <br />and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby <br />determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and <br />financed. The City Public Works Director is directed to prepare and <br />submit to the Council the final plans and specifications. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon roll call vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Johnson, <br />Thomas, Maschka, and Rog, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
