<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - September 17,1973.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Anderson, Brennan,
<br />Curley and Grauel.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the special
<br />meeting of August 30, 1973 (Assessment Hearing) be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of September 10, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved. Grauel Seconded. that the payment of Commissioners'
<br />Award in the amount of $24,000 for Lots 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 10,
<br />Fairview Heights Plat No. 3 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Ordinance No. 706
<br />regarding inclusion of photography studios as a special use ln
<br />B-1 zone be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Anderson Seconded that the Planning Commission
<br />recommendation to consider locating the third fire station at
<br />the southeast comer of County Road B and Dale Street be re-
<br />ferred to the staff for investigation of the site soil conditions
<br />and to obtain an appraisal of the site. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 6032
<br />authorizing the adoption of the 1974 Budget be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 6033 directing
<br />the County Auditor to reduce the established tax levy for golf
<br />course bonds, water improvement bonds, sanitary sewer improve-
<br />ment bonds, ice arena bonds, general improvement bonds and park
<br />bonds be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 6034 directing
<br />the County Auditor to levy taxes on real estate property for monies for
<br />the fiscal year of 1974 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
