<br />Regular meeting of the Village Council - September 24, 1973
<br />
<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Anderson,
<br />Brennan, Curley and Grauel.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of September 17, 1973, be approved. Roll Ca:l, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger, Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the fllb lie hearing on
<br />condominium platting for Victoria Villas at 385 through 965 West
<br />TH 36 be continued until October 1, 1973. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request for resignation
<br />of Roy F. Reed and the beginning of probationary training for
<br />Wayne L. Anderson on the Roseville Fire Department be approved.
<br />Roll Call , Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley ~bved, Anderson Seconded, that the Mayor be authorized to
<br />send a letter to the Minnesota State Liquor control connnissioner
<br />indicating the Village's opposition to any changes in the present
<br />state regulations regarding liquor price advertising. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the election judges for the
<br />October 23, 1973, and the November 6, 1973, Village elections be
<br />approved as submi tted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager sign
<br />the Earnest Money Contract to acquire easement No.1 on improvement
<br />72-8 in the sum of $11,000. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the double bottom truck
<br />routes as reconnnended by Ramsey County and modified by Roseville
<br />Public Works director be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that change order No.1,
<br />McDonald & Associates in the amount of $1,476.00 on project
<br />S1' 72 -15 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Anderson Moved, Curley Seconced, that change order No.2,
<br />McDonald & Associates in the amount )f $7,851.00 on project
<br />ST 72-15 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
