<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, C0uncilmen Brennan, Curley
<br />and Grauel. Absent: Councilman .i\nderson.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of SeptcJnber 24, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request for condominum
<br />platting at 885-965 West TI1 36 be continued until October 15, 1973.

<br />None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request of James Trapp
<br />for rezoning from I-I to 1-2 at 2217 and 2211 County qoad ['--Z
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel an(~
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request of Michels
<br />Brothers for special use permit and rezoning from R-l to R-2
<br />and B-1 at 1400 County Road C-2 be approved as recommended by the
<br />Planning Commission with the additional condition that a five
<br />foot wide walkway easement be provided on the east property line
<br />fr~n County Road C-2 to Centennial Drive. The request for final
<br />plat approval shall be continued until October 15, 1973. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Mr. Jim ~lichels agreed to landscape the rear of Lots 1 and 2, Block
<br />No.1, which border Mr. David Dye's property.

<br />Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that Shafer Contracting Company's
<br />request for special use permit at 646 County Road C be approved
<br />as recommended by the Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No. 6036 ordering
<br />the construction of Improvement No. SS-73-27 pursuant to Minnesota
<br />Statutes, Chapter 429, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Brennan Moved, Gral~l Seconded, that Resolution No. 6037 awarding
<br />the bid for Improvement No. SS-73-27 to B & B Excavating of Champlin,
<br />Minnesota, in the amOlmt of $8,683.10 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the bid for playground
<br />equipment for Howard Johnson Memorial Park be rejected and that
<br />the staff readvertise for bids. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
