<br />The Village Council met on the above date W1 th the following
<br />~mbers present: Mayor Linebarger? COlUlc:ilmen Brennan, Curley,
<br />Jfauel and Anderson.

<br />nayor Linebarger proclaimed the ~,vcek of (1t:tober 24- 27 as
<br />.American Education Week.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of October 1, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None. Abstention:
<br />Councilman Anderson as he was absent from the meeting.

<br />Grauel MJven, Anderson Seconded, that the public hearing on
<br />final plat of Michels Brothers "Michels Centennial Plat" and
<br />the Condominum Platting for Victoria Villas at 885-965 West
<br />TH 36, be continued to the meeting of October 29, 1973. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request of Kath
<br />Brothers Oil Company be continued untll the meeting of Decer.mer 17,
<br />1973. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, iUlderson and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel ~10ved, Anderson Seconded, that Kath Brothers finish the
<br />clearing of their property as originally requested by the dead-
<br />';.ne of October 29, 1973, and that an earth cover of at least three
<br />~et be placed around and above the exposed fuel oil storage tanks;
<br />and that they shall so be instructed by letter. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the plan submitted by
<br />Ramsey County Open Space regardlng Llttle Lake Josephine Park be
<br />referred to the Roseville Parks and RecreatIon Cornnittee for
<br />study. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Payment Itl be made in the
<br />amount of $70,034.33 on Improvement No. 72-15 to McDonald
<br />Associates. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson,
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Change Order ItS be
<br />approved on Projects SS-70-11, W-70-12 and P-70-13. Roll
<br />Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger.
