<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - October 29, 1973.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Anderson.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of October 15, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the special
<br />meeting of October 25, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request for condominum
<br />platting of Victoria Villas at 885-965 West TH 36 be continued
<br />to November 12, 1973. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Hoved, Anderson Seconded, that the final plat of
<br />Michels Centennial Plat be continued until the November 12th
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Village Attorney be
<br />authorized to commence eminent domain proceedings to acquire
<br />the necessary easements for Project SS-73-27. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Brerman, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No. 6043
<br />regarding installation of semaphore signals at County Road C
<br />and Lexington and for the immediate temporary installation of
<br />a four way stop at County Road C and Lexington be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the Public Works Director
<br />be authorized to reduce the speed limits on County Road C-2 as
<br />approved by the Mirmesota Highway Department. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Change Order No. 1 regarding
<br />Improvement P-73-l9, P-73-20, SS-W-P-73-2l be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Anderson Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Change Order No.1,
<br />Combined Improvements of 1972, Series 4, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Brerman, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 6044 regarding
<br />reapportionment of assessments be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
