<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - November 12, 1973.
<br />
<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson and Brennan.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of October 29, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson ~1oved, Brennan Seconded, that the special meeting of
<br />November 7, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson and Brennan. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the request of Michels
<br />Brothers for final plat approval of "Michels Centennial Plat"
<br />and rezoning from R-l to R-2 and B-1 be continued untIl the
<br />meeting of December 10, 1973. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson and Brennan. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the request of Victoria
<br />Villas for condominurn platting at 885-965 West TIf 36 be continued
<br />until the meeting of December 10, 1973. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson and Brennan. Nays: None"

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Richard Chappel, dba Goodyear
<br />Service Store, request for special use permit and division of lot
<br />at 1895 Perimeter Road be approved with the condition that no
<br />outside storage of tires be allowed. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger, Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request of Harold
<br />Haglund, et aI, for rezoning from R-3 to R-2 at Maple Lane and
<br />Old Highway 8 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request of Jack Drews
<br />for Sunday Liquor Sales License for 1973 be approved, Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger"
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the notice of claim from
<br />Paul G. Neiman, Attorney representing Mr. and Mrs, Wendell Rector
<br />and their minor children, be placed on file. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and LinebargeL Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that final payment be made to
<br />Peo~les Electric on Project UL 72-22 and UL 73-23 in the amount
<br />of $10,902. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson,
<br />Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None,
