<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - November 26, 1973.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: ~~yor Linebarger, Councilmen Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson and Brennan.
<br />
<br />MINUTES
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of November 19, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None. Abstentions:
<br />Councilman Curley as he was absent from the meeting.

<br />RESOLUTION
<br />NO. 6050
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 6050
<br />regarding proposal of Ramsey County reapportionment of select-
<br />ing a Board of County Commissioners stated in letter from
<br />Delores Knaak be acknowledged, and that the Council go on record
<br />as supporting either Plan C or F a, best representing the
<br />philosophy of one man, one vote; fhe Village Manager to send
<br />a resolution regarding this action to the County Board and
<br />all Roseville Legislators, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson MOved, Brennan Seconded, that Payment No. 1 be
<br />made to C. S. McCrossan, Inc. on Project P-73-l9, P-73-20
<br />and SS-W-P-73-2l in the amount of $75,458.56. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 6051
<br />regarding reapportionment of assessments be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />AGREEMENT
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager be
<br />authorized to sign Police Service Agreement with Lauderdale.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley MOved, Anderson Seconded, that the bills be paid. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger.
