<br />The Village Council met on the above date wIth the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Grauel, Anderson,
<br />Brennan and Curley.

<br />Brennan Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of November 26, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger, Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Ronald Fleck's request
<br />for rezoning from R-l to R-6 and special use permit at 2420
<br />County Road D be approved as recommended by the Planning
<br />Comnission. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan,
<br />Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request of William
<br />Bros. Pipeline Company for amended special use permit at 2451
<br />West County Road C-2 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request of Gordon

<br />meeting in March OMarch 25, 1974) and that notices be sent to
<br />the property owners within 250 feet ten days prior to the
<br />hearing. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley

<br />Linebarger. Nays: Brennan.
