<br />authorized to sign a letter from Kath Bros. to the Department of
<br />Natural Resources in which Kath Bros. are making a request to fill
<br />a portion of a pond on their property at 2425 North Rice Street
<br />on the conditions that:

<br />1) A guard rail be placed to protect pedestrians as recormnended
<br />by the Roseville Public Works Director
<br />2) A new screening plan be submitted and approved by the Roseville
<br />Planner
<br />3) A performance bond be filed to insure the installation of the
<br />screening program
<br />4) No left turn signs be installed at the center's exit on Transit.
