<br />Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of January 28, 1974 be approved. Roll Ca1l5 Ayes: Curley,
<br />Demos, Hess, Brerman and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that William Bras. Pipeline
<br />Company request for special use permit at 2511 North Lexington
<br />Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess,
<br />Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None"

<br />Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that Ground Round Restaurant
<br />request for special use permit at Har Mar Center be approved
<br />with the condition that only live musical entertainment be
<br />permitted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess, Brennan and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Brennan Moved, Demos Seconded, that Cicero's request for
<br />special use permit at Har Mar Center be approved with the
<br />condition that only live musical entertainment be permitted.

<br />ation be permitted to provide the performance bond for land-
<br />scaping of their shopping center site at CmDlty Road B-2 and
<br />Rice Street When they apply for a building permit. Roll Call,

<br />to prepare an ordinance amending Section 8.290 of the City Code,

<br />BreIUlan Moved, Hess Seconded that payment be made to the
<br />Metropolitan Sewer Board of previously collected S.A.C. charges
<br />plus interest as outlined in memo from the Public Works Director
<br />dated January 6, 1974. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Deros, Hess,
<br />BreIUlan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
