<br />of Brooklyn Center as Roseville's share of the legal fees in
<br />the S.A.C, lawsuit (includes $500 originally pledged which is
<br />equal to 1/30 of the original estimated cost of $15,000.00 plus
<br />$333 or l/30 of the additional expenses incurred of $10,000.00)
<br />and that the City Attorney be instructed to contact the legal
<br />counsel in the suit to determine the chances of a successful appeal.
