<br />Regular !'>1eeting of the City Council - March 25, 1974.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Demos, Hess,
<br />Brennan and Curley.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of }4arch 18, 1974, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6083 awarding
<br />bid for storm sewer portion of Improvement P-ST-73-25 be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Demos Mbved, Brennan Seconded, that the Venture Theatre
<br />request for rezoning from R-l and B-1 to B-l-B and R-l,
<br />Special Use Permit and Prelimlnary Plat at 2660 North Snelling
<br />Avenue be denied, Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Hess, Brennan,
<br />Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that the request of Richard
<br />Coverdale for final plat approval of Worthdale Addition be
<br />continued until April 15, 1974, Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Hess,
<br />Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Hess Moved, Demos Seconded, that the request of Gordon Davis
<br />for preliminary plat approval and rezoning from R-l to R-2 at
<br />605 County Road B-2 be continued until May 13, 1974. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Hess M:>ved, Demos Seconded, that Resolution No. 6084 approving
<br />the proposed alignment and grade of Fairview Avenue from County
<br />Road B-2 to County Road C-2 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Demos,
<br />Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Banister Short Eliott
<br />Hendrickson and Associates be authorized to continue the review
<br />of the St. Paul Water Rates, exceeding the $1,000 contract
<br />limit, until the negotiations are completed. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger ~bved, fless Seconded, that Resolution No. 6085
<br />receiving feasibility report and providing for public hearing
<br />on Improvement P-W-74-8 for April 8, 1974, and ordering pre-
<br />paration of final plans and specifications be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger ~bved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6086
<br />receiving feasibility report and providing for public hearing
<br />on Improvement P-SS-ST-W-74-9 for April 8, 1974, and ordering
<br />preparation of final plans and specifications be adopted. Roll
