<br />A-1 Brennan Moved, Demos Seconded, that the minutes of-the MINUTES
<br />meeting of April 29, 1974, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />B-1 Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that the staff proceed with FIRE STATION
<br />the purchase of property at the southwest corner of Lovell N0. 3
<br />and Dale for Fire Station No~ 3~ Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Demos, Hess and Lineberger. Nays: None
<br />B-2 Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the final plat of RICHARD
<br />Richard Coverdale "Worthdale Addition" be approved. Roll COVERDALE

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Ordinance No~ 730 ORDINANCE
<br />rezoning property at approximately 1600 Dellwood Avenue N0. 730
<br />from I-1 to R-4 and R-6 be adopted Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Lineberger. Nays: Noneo
<br />Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that Resolution No, 6101 RESOLUTION
<br />vacating a portion of two public streets, Dellwood Arrenue N0. 6101
<br />and Ione Street, be adopted Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Demos, Hess and Lineb~rger< Nays: None
<br />3 Brennan Moved, Demos Seconded, that Gordon Davis° pre- GORDON DAVTS
<br />liminary plat "Davis Addition" be approved subject to ded-
<br />ication of 10 feet of right-of-way on Dale Street and 10 feet
<br />of right-of-way on County Road B-2, that the rezoning from
<br />R-1 to R-2 at 605 County Road B-2 be approved, and. that a
<br />public hearing be established on the final plat fox June 10,
<br />1974. Roll Ca11, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and
<br />Lineberger. Nays: None.
<br />B-4 Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request. by Jarr:es JAMES KROISS
<br />Kroiss for relocation of a dwelling at 1121 Shryer Avenue
<br />be withdrawn as requested in his letter of April 22, 1974.
