<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - June 24, 1974.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Acting Mayor Brennan, Councilmen Curley,
<br />Demos and Hess. Absent: Mayor Linebarger.
<br />
<br />A-I Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of June 10, 1974, be approved with the following amendment:
<br />
<br />Page 6, H-l, should read: "Demos moved, Brennan seconded,
<br />that the staff be instructed to prepare a list of Roseville
<br />architectural firms, architectural firms with a principal
<br />residing in Roseville and the firm of Bergstedt Wahlberg
<br />Bergquist to be considered as architects for Fire Station
<br />No.3. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess, Brennan and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None c "

<br />B-1 Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that the request of Mrs. Robert
<br />Mastel and Mrs. Wallace Turek for variance to the city code to
<br />keep two riding horses at 475 North MtCarrons Boulevard be
<br />denied and that they be given 45 days to determine what they
<br />should do with their horses, In addition, the Chief Code
<br />Enforcement Officer shall determine the total number of horses
<br />in Roseville, address where each horse is stabled and number of
<br />horses without licenses and prepare a report on the matter for
<br />the Council. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess and Brennan.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />D-l Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that Resolution No. 6116 declaring
<br />adequacy of petition and ordering preparation of feasibility
<br />report on construction of Burke Avenue from Fernwood to
<br />Dellwood Avenue be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos,
<br />Hess and Brennan. Nays: None c
<br />
<br />D-2 Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, to instruct the Public Works
<br />Director to prepare a repolt on the adequacy of the existing
<br />storm drain on Dale Street between Iona and County Road C and
<br />to submit his findings to the Council. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Demos, Hess and Brennan. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />D.- 3 Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that the request of First Federal
<br />Bank for a median cut on County Road B-2 be referred to the
<br />Public Works staff to review the situation and provide a report
<br />for the Council by the July 15, 1974 meeting, Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Demos, Hess and Brennan. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-l Curley Moved, Hess Seconded, that the plans for the Rosedale
<br />Shopping Center be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos,
<br />Hess and Brennan. Nays: None,
