<br />Avenue be approved with the condition that 30 feet of right of-way
<br />be dedicated for Ryan Avenue and 16~ feet be dedicated for
<br />Lexington Avenue and establishing public hearing on the final plat

<br />for prel iminary plat "Ban Con HillsboIOUgh Residential", 300 Block
<br />of Grandview, be approved with the condition that the pond area
<br />east of the proposed plat be included in the plat as a dedication
<br />to the City of Roseville for park purposes and a public hearing be
<br />establlshed on the final plat, vacation of right-of-way and request
<br />for rezoning from R- 6 to R'l for August 12, 1974" Roll Call, Ayes:
