<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the city Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the twenty-ninth day of January, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br />Johnson. <br /> <br />Member Maschka <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8650 <br /> <br />REVOKING ELDRIDGE AVENUE AS A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that <br />the street hereinafter described should be revoked as Municipal State <br />Aid Street due to a change in the proposed road design and traffic <br />volumes; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville of the County of Ramsey that the road described as follows <br />to wit: <br /> <br />ELDRIDGE AVENUE CONTROL SECTION 220 SEGMENTS 010 AND 020 FROM <br />HAMLINE AVENUE TO LEXINGTON AVENUE <br /> <br />be, and hereby is revoked as Municipal State state Aid street of said <br />City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the <br />state of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the <br />commissioner of Highways for his consideration and, that upon his <br />approval, the revoking of said road is approved and ordered to be <br />removed from the Municipal state Aid system. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Cushmanand upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br />Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
