<br />The CIty COOOell met on the above date with the followmg
<br />members present: Nayor LInebarger, Councilmen Hess, Brennan,

<br />A 1 Brennan ~bved, fkss Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of .lillgust 12, 1974, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan,
<br />Curley, Demos and Linebarger, Nays: None c
<br />
<br />B I Hess Moved, Demos Seconded, that the preliminary plat of
<br />"TschIda Owasso Hills Plat #3" be approved as recommended by
<br />the Planning Commission" Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley,
<br />Demos and Linebarger, Nays: None
<br />
<br />B. 2 Curley Moved, Hess Seconded, that the request of Ban-Con, Ine,
<br />for fmal plat "Hillsborough Thud Addition", vacation of right-
<br />of-way and rezoning from R.o to R-l at about the 300 block of
<br />Grandview Avenue be approved, and that the walkway easement on
<br />the south 15 feet of Lots 8, 9, 17 and 20 be graded to accommodate
<br />the proposed park plan. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley,
<br />Demos and Linebarger Nays: None,

<br />C-l Curley Moved, Hess Seconded, that Albert Grauel be appointed
<br />Chairman of the Planning Commission, Roll Call, Ayes: Hess,
<br />Brennan, Curley, Demos and Linebarger. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />D-l Demn~ Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Public Works Director
<br />advise Mr, David Dye that a petition is required for vacating
<br />public rights of-way and that there are fees involved m this
<br />process; also the property owner on the south side of CentennIal
<br />Dnve should be contacted to see if he desires to apply for
<br />vacatIon of right-of-way which abutts his property. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos and Linebarger Nays: None.

<br />D.2 Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded. that Resolution No., 6146 accepting
<br />the petition and calling for a feasibility study on the utUities
<br />and street improvements on Sherren Street extended to Nancy Place;
<br />on Nancy Place from Sherren Street to Sandhurst Dnve; and on
<br />Sandhurst Drive from Nancy Place to Victoria Street be adopted,
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos and Linebarger"
<br />Nays: None 0

<br />for mInor varIance to the SIde yard setback at 2896 Sheldon be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos and
