Sanitary sewer was just installed at that <br />location and he asked if storm sewer would also be built for <br />which he would be assessed later. Also asked if there was still <br />a possibility of the proposed shopping center being built. <br /> <br />MR. PATRICK RYAN, 2169 St. Clair, st. Paul: Owns Lot 1 <br />of Kingwood Addition on Transit Avenue. Asked if there would <br />be additional assessments for surfacing over the portion of the <br />street that was dug up for the sewer. Mr. Honchell explained <br />that this is considered restoration of the street and is in- <br />cluded in the assessments for the sewer. <br />
