<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - September 30, 1974,
<br />
<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, COl.n1cilmen Brennan, Curley,
<br />Demos and Hess.
<br />
<br />A-I Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the meetlng of
<br />September 16, 1974, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Hess and Linebarger, Nays: None, Abstentions:
<br />Councilman Demos as she was absent from the meeting,
<br />
<br />B-1 Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that the request for rezoning from
<br />R-1 to R-3A at 2395 North Dale Street by Kenneth Reinhardt be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Deroos and Linebarger c Nays:
<br />Brennan and Hess.
<br />
<br />B-2 Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded~ that the final plat at 250 Owasso
<br />Boulevard, "Tschida Owasso Hills # 3" of Samuel Cave be approved
<br />and the Mayor and Manager authorized to sign, Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger, Nays: None,
<br />
<br />C-l Demos ~bved, Hess Seconded, that the date of October 28th be
<br />restored for a council meeting night and November 11th be
<br />cancelled as a regularly schedule meeting night; and that the
<br />Attorney be instructed to prepare an ordinance which would con'
<br />fonn the City designated legal holidays to the State Law, Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger, Nays:
<br />None.

<br />C-2 Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that Mrs, Pat Johnson be appointed
<br />to the Roseville Planning Commission, Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan
<br />and Hess. Nays: Curley, Demos and Linebarger.
<br />
<br />Demos Moved, Curley Seconded, that Mrs, Carolyn Cushing be appointed
<br />to the Roseville Planning Conunission to fill an unexpired term which
<br />will end on March 31, 1975. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: Brennan and Hess,
<br />
<br />E-l Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the Attorney be instructed to
<br />prepare an amendment to the zoning ordinance incorporating agricul~
<br />tural uses as a special use in the R-l zoning district as recommended
<br />by the Planning Commission, Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos,
<br />Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />E-2 Curley Mbved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No, 6167 establishing
<br />compensation for the Code Enforcement Officer Classification as
<br />$1,160 per month and the Community Code Officer as $1,130 per
<br />month and also transferring $3,036 from the equity of the Contingency
<br />Fund to the Code Enforcement Division Operating Account be adopted,
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and LinebargeL
<br />Nays: None.

<br />E-3 Hess Moved, Deroos Seconded, that the Central Park Project Proposal
<br />submitted by the Roseville Chamber of Commerce dated July 24, 1974,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None,
