<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - October 21, 1974,

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor LInebarger, Councilmen Curley, Demos,
<br />Hess and Brennan.

<br />A<l Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of October 7, 1974, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Demos, Hess, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Hess Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request of Thomas Scholl
<br />for a minor variance to sideyard setback at 1056 West Sherren
<br />Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess,
<br />Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that the request of Marvin Bullick
<br />for division of a lot at 2823 Aglen Avenue be referred to the
<br />Planning Commission, Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess,
<br />Brennan and Linebarger 0 Nays: None.

<br />B.3 Brennan Moved, Demos Seconded, that Resolution No. 6175
<br />receiving petition and calling for a feasibility report on
<br />the request for underground ornamental street lights on
<br />Heinel Drive from Sandy Hook Drive to Heinel Drive East be
<br />adopted, Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess, Brennan and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None 0

<br />E.4 Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that the proposed St. Paul Bus
<br />Route No, 34 be approved and the Metropolitan Transit Commission
<br />be requested to implement the service along this route as soon

<br />E-5 Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that the request of the Minnesota
<br />Highway Department for closure of Glen Hill Road east of Snelling
<br />be approved, Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess, Brennan
<br />and Linebarger, Nays: None.

<br />E-6 Demos Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the City Attorney's opInIon
<br />regarding the leasing of office space be placed on file. Roll
