<br />The City COlmcil met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Demos, Hess,
<br />Brennan and Curley,

<br />A-l Hess Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of October 28, 1974, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger, Nays: None,
<br />
<br />A2 Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the special
<br />meeting of November 6, 1974, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Demos, Hess, Curley and Linebarger, Nays: None, Abstentions:
<br />Brennan. Councilman Brennan abstained as he was absent from
<br />the meeting.

<br />Mayor Linebarger proclaimed the Week of November 24 ~ December 1,
<br />1974 as "National Bible Week",
<br />
<br />B~l Curley ~ved, Brennan Seconded, that Darrell A, Farr's request
<br />for amended special use permit at 1650 Highway 36 be continued
<br />until the meeting of November 25, 1974, Roll Call, Ayes: Demos,
<br />Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger, Nays: None 0
<br />
<br />B.2 Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that Yoava Klucsar's request for
<br />rezoning from R-.2 to B-3 and special use permit at 2599 North
<br />Lexington Avenue be continued until the December 9, 1974, council
<br />meeting and the application be referred back to the Planning
<br />Commission for review and recommendation on the revised plan at
<br />their December 4, 1974, meeting and that notification be mailed
<br />to all property owners within 350 feet of the property in question
<br />regarding the Planning Corranission hearing, Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None,

<br />Derros Moved, Hess Seconded, that the City staff and Planning
<br />Commission study the feasibility of developing an ordinance for
<br />a rrobile home zoning district, Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Hess,
<br />Brennan, Curley and Linebarger, Nays: None.

<br />D~ 1 Brennan MJved, Curley Seconded, that the request of Roland Fleck
<br />for extension of special use permit at 2420 County Road D to
<br />June 10, 1975, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Hess,
<br />Brennan, Curley and LinebargeL Nays: None 0

<br />E.l Hess Moved, Demos Seconded, that Resolution No, 6178 directing
<br />Ellerbe Architects to proceed with the balance of the contract
<br />for the new city hall be adopted, Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Hess,
<br />Brennan, Curley and Linebarger 0 Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that the City Manager be authorized
<br />to sign the agreement with Ellerbe Architects for design and
<br />construction services for Fire Station # 30 Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.
