<br />The City Councll met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor LInebarger, Councilmen Hess, Brennan,
<br />curley and Demos,

<br />A.l Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of December 9, 1974, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger,
<br />Hess, Brennan, Curley and Demos, Nays: None.

<br />B'l Brerman Moved, Hess Seconded, that the request of Darrell Farr
<br />Development Corporation for amended special use permit at 1650
<br />Highway 36 be approved with the followIng conditions:
<br />
<br />1) that a recorded parkIng easement be obtained from the
<br />Rosedale Towers, and a copy of the easement be prOVIded
<br />to the City prior to the issuance of the amended special
<br />use permIt;

<br />2) that 5 foot wide bituminous or concrete walkways and
<br />steps be constructed to provide access from the apart-
<br />ments to the Rosedale Tower parking lot as provided on

<br />the apartment building on the south begin at the sixth
<br />parking stall from the south.

<br />E-2 Curley tvbved, Brennan Seconded, that ML Melvin Sauve's
<br />request for minor variance to side yard setback at 1885
<br />Dellwood Avenue be approved with the condition that a retaining
<br />wall which meets the requirements of the Roseville Public
<br />Works Duector, be constructed on the side of Mr, Sauve's
<br />driveway adj acent to the front yard of the home located at
