<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - December 30, 1974,

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the followIng
<br />members present. Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Hess, Brennan
<br />and Curley.. Absent Councilman Demos.
<br />
<br />A l Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of December 16, 1974, be approved Roll Call, Ayes: Hess,
<br />Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C Curley Moved, Hess Seconded, that a work session be established
<br />for Monday, January 13,1975, at 6 30 P.M, in the City Hall
<br />CouncLI Chambers for the purpose of reviewing the proposed Ski
<br />HIli Improvement. Roll Call, Ayes Hess, Brennan, Curley and
<br />LInebarger Nays None.

<br />o 1 Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6194
<br />amending Resolution No 6179 dated November 18, 1974, by
<br />establishing March IS, 1975, as the date for removal of
<br />hazardous conditions from property near Cleveland Avenue
<br />and County Road 0 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan,
<br />Cur ley and Linebarger. Nays None.

<br />o 3 Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the council support the
<br />community wide educational event planned by the Roseville Human
<br />Rights Commission for January 17, 1975, at Rosedale Center.

<br />E.) Curley Moved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6195 authorizing
<br />the Mayor and Manager to execute a Joint and Cooperative Agreement
<br />providing for membership of the City of Roseville in the Suburban
<br />Rate Authority and designating James Andre as its first director
<br />on the Board of Directors of the Suburban Rate Authority be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger.

<br />E 5 Hess Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Mr, George Stott's request
<br />for minor variance to rear yard setback at 336 County Road B-2
<br />be approved, Roll Call, Ayes Hess, Brennan, Curley and
<br />LInebarger Nays None.

<br />E 6 Hess Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the conditIonal use permit for
<br />the construction of a single family home at 631 Heinel Drive,
<br />a" required by the Lakeshore Management Ordinance be approved,
<br />Roll Call, Ayes Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger, Nays.

<br />E.2 Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the Joint-Use Rental Agree-
<br />ment No, 151 with the Metropolitan Sewer Board for the year 1975
<br />and the authorization of the Mayor and Manager to sign for and in
<br />behalf of the CIty of Roseville be approved. Roll Call, Ayes;
<br />Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None,
