<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - January 20, 1975,

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present~ Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos and
<br />Hess,
<br />
<br />A-I Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of
<br />January 13, 1975, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley,
<br />Demos, Hess and Linebarger, Nays: None.
<br />
<br />D-l Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that the request of Red Barn for
<br />extension of a special use permit at 1215 Larpenteur Avenue until
<br />August 12, 1975, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley,
<br />Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />E-l Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that consideration of the proposed
<br />lease with the Minnesota Highway Department for recreational use
<br />of sound abatement land be continued until February 24, 1975.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that an Interceptor Maintenance
<br />Agreement 143 for the period of the calendar year 1975 be
<br />approved and the Mayor and Manager be authorized to sign this
<br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Roseville. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-3 Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the general engineering
<br />contract with Short, Elliott, Hendrickson and Associates be
<br />approved for the calendar year 1975. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-4 Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that Payment No. 2 for Sandhurst
<br />Drive reconstruction, Project P-73-l2 in the amount of $1,822.53
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-5 Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No. 6205
<br />regarding reapportionment of assessments be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-6 Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that the licenses be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger.
