<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - January 27, 1975,

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan,
<br />Curley, Demos and Hess,

<br />Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of January 20, 1975, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Hess Moved, Demos Seconded, that the appointment of advisory
<br />board members eligible for reappointment be continued until
<br />the meeting of February 10, and that for the one Planning
<br />Commission vacancy and one Parks and Recreation Committee
<br />vacancy applications will be accepted until March 17, 1975
<br />and appointments will be made March 31, 1975. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that a special council meeting
<br />be held Tuesday, February 4, 1975, 6:30 P.M. in the City Hall
<br />basement. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and
<br />Linebarger. Nays; None,

<br />Linebarger Moved Hess Seconded, that the award of sewer jet
<br />bids be continued until the February 4, special meeting and
<br />that a report be prepared by the Public Works Director and the
<br />City Attorney regarding the legality of the low bid. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No, 6207 approving
<br />continued joint representation in regard to Teamsters Local No.
<br />~?O by the Metropolitan Area Managers Association Management
<br />Bargaining Committee be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No. 6208
<br />dedicating Civic Center Drive as a public right-of-way from
<br />Woodhill Drive to West County Road C be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6209 regarding
<br />parking on Civic Center Drive be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger, Nays: None.

<br />construction easement on Improvement P-70-l7 be approved in the
