<br />for special use permit at 295 Larpenteur Avenue be approved with
<br />the following conditions:

<br />1. That the City of Roseville be permitted unlimited access
<br />to the city park, located adjacent to the Margolis property,
<br />across the northerly 460 feet of Mr. Margolis' property.

<br />2. That a chain llnk fence be constructed around the above
<br />ground growlng area now and that the inground growing area
<br />be fenced by September 1, 1976.

<br />3, That no retail sales be permitted.

<br />be approved with the following conditions:

<br />10 That a pylon sign of 113 square feet per face be permitted,
<br />2, That no reading board be permitted,
<br />3, That the landscaping plan include plant specles suitable for
<br />Minnesota climate,
<br />4. That the parking spaces be increased to 20 feet in length by
<br />moving the curb on the property from the existing 17 foot
<br />setback to 15 feet,
