<br />B-2 Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that the request of Roseville State
<br />Bank for rezoning from B-1 to B-2 at 1445 County Road B be continued
<br />until the meeting of March 10, 1975, Roll Call. Ayes: Curley.

<br />B-3 Demos Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No, 6216 vacating
<br />right'of~way (Fernwood from Sherren Street to TH 36 and service
<br />lane from Fernwood east 250 feet) be adopted, and that the City
<br />Manager write a letter to the Ramsey County Assessor requesting
<br />that property owned by Mr, Plank not be split for tax purposes!

<br />for Monday, March 10, 1975. 6,00 PoM, at the City Hall for the
<br />purpose of rev iewing the bl.ds on the new City Hall and Fire Station,
<br />Roll Call, Ayesc Curley. Demos, Hess, Brennan and Linebarger,
<br />Nays, None,

<br />C-2 Demos Moved, Curley Seconded, that a special meeting be held on
<br />Monday, March 3, 1975, 6;30 P.M" at the City Hall, for the purpose
<br />of discussing the Housing Assistance Program and making the appoint-
<br />ment to the School District No, 623 Building Usage Task Force
